Our company ID/FX has applied for international patents on FocusMaker™ and is currently PATENT PENDING EP12167707.4 & US61646545.

DISCLAIMER
ID/FX assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to – or viruses that the website may infect your computer when browsing on or downloading from the focusmaker.com site.

ID/FX only stores personal data that has been provided by you for shopping at our web shop or by signing up for our newsletter. Any emails or newsletters sent by ID/FX or FocusMaker will only be in connection with related services or products.

ORDER
Orders placed on this website are not binding until ID/FX or our Paypal account has confirmed the order.
You can place an order by choosing the product in the “BUY” menu and clicking directly on the “PayPal” button. You can add several of products to your basket and adjust the quantity before proceeding to payment.
To execute your order you will be asked to enter your personal data and payment information – all data is encoded.
After placing your order we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation and the expected delivery time.
We are based in Denmark (GMT+1 time zone).
Your order will normally be processed at once.
We send you an e-mail with a note when your order is shipped.

PAYMENT
You can pay online by PayPal – using a PayPal account. PayPal accepts most regular credit cards – VISA, MaterCard, American Express.

If you order FocusMaker™ from an EU country – the derelicts price include 25% Danish VAT.
Ordering from US an all countries outside EU – the price is excluding the Danish VAT but local taxes or import duties may apply which are at your own expense.
Your local tax or customs office can be contacted for more information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs will be added to your order and indicated prior to final payment. “Post Danmark” sends all our shipments from our warehouses in Denmark by ordinary mail.

Listed below are general shipping costs, which are only indicative due to conversion rates:

Denmark: 20 DKK

Internationally we ship via Fedex

EU & Europe: €10
US: US$15
Asia: US$15
Oceania: US$15
Other Countries: US$15

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days to EU-countries and the USA and 3-7 business days to all other countries.
In case of force majeure we will do our best to deliver in time.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS & WARRANTY
ID/FX provide a 14 days money back guarantee. Product has to be returned in unused condition. ID/FX do not cover shipping costs and local taxes.
ID/FX do not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping.

We offer a warranty on all products we deliver. The warranty period is as minimum one year from purchase or by what local law prescribes.
A faulty product purchased from our web shop will be replaced or refunded. In this case please contact us here: CONTACT US

ID/FX shall have no liability of any kind for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of the FocusMaker™.
